When & Where in 2021
- 2021 Season Starts: Dates TBC
- All HOME games are played at Fergusson Park, Tilby Drive, Matua.
The programme forms a key part of our development pathway. Players involved in the programme will also receive:
A holistic football programme developing all key moments of the game. Suitably catered ensuring each phase of development is age appropriate and individually maximized.
Player management tools ensuring players understand what is needed in the present and future on and off the field to develop holistically, from injury prevention to workload management and nutrition.
Tournaments and Tours
A key objective of our programme is developing the person not just the player. Our tournaments and tours form a key part of this with a minimum of one event per year for the players to be able to head away showcase their talent on a national stage as well as gain meaningful experiences on and off the field.
Individual Player Feedback
Reporting system from both the coach and player to track progress throughout the season.
Flow Physiotherapy specialise in muscle balance assessment, injury prevention/rehabilitation, core strengthening, orthotics and exercise prescription.
