SKILL CENTRE PROGRAMME 2025
Registrations are now open for our Term 1 Skill centre programme for players looking to access extra training opportunities prior to the season commencing.
The Skill Centre programme offers additional support for all players between 9 & 12 years of age, all year round. With our Skill Centre programme running in all 4 school terms in 6-8 week blocks.
These programmes focus on player development with the aim to develop technical expertise and decision-making skills of junior footballers.
The New Zealand Football Skills Centres provide an aligned, co-ordinated approach to junior footballers, aged 9-12 years, wishing to access a higher level of provision. Its main aim is to provide a structured programme for players, in an enjoyable environment that maximises player development. It is highly likely that the game in the future will be quicker, more technical and tactical, and the demands on our younger players will be elevated. Through a planned, consistent approach to training, based around principles of Long Term Player Development, NZF Skills Centres will provide a perfect start for players wishing to reach the highest level.
These sessions are run by our Quailified club coaches with guest apprences from time to time also.
In these sessions we look to group and train like minded players together.

OFC Skill Centre (9-10yrs)
Sessions: Mondays
Term 1: Starting: Monday 24th February - 31st March (6 weeks)
Time: 4:30-5:30pm.
Location: Fergusson Park.
Cost: $70

Sessions: Mondays
Term 4: Starting: Monday 24th February - 31st March (6 weeks)
Time: 5:30-6:30pm.
Location: Fergusson Park.
