Otumoetai Football Club has continued to achieve the New Zealand Football Quality Club Mark (QCM) Level 1 club accreditation since 2016.  This programme is designed to identify, support and highlight football clubs in New Zealand who are well run, community focused organisations aligned to the New Zealand Football Whole of Football Plan.

The QCM is a national partnership across the seven Federations and supported by a range of sporting, community and non-governmental organisation (NGO) partners.

As such, the Club has a Constitution, Strategic Plan, policies and guidelines compliant with QCM1 requirements, relating to club operation, member conduct, player and public safety, child safety and injury prevention.  Some of this documentation is available below.

The Club also supports and adheres to the Regulations and policies of NZ Football and Waikato BOP Football Federation.
